“Skeeter’s Pet World Shutting Down”

October 2, 2010

Today Skeeter’s Pet World is closing it doors. They been in business for a number of years but sales had drop, so much that they had decided to shut the store down.

It always make me sad when a private own, tropical fish store shut down.

At the rate that they are closing, Nova Scotia may soon not have any private own tropical fish shops.

More Tropical Fish

August 8, 2010

I will be bringing in another very small order of tropical fish this week.  Looking at 10 breeds at this time.

If nothing happen I will have Platys and Mollys in stock all of the time now. These are all local grown and raised, here in Nova Scotia.

Another friend of mine is going to start raising a few breeds of tropical fish.

So it look like I soon will not have to bring almost any fish in, which will be good. Now if I could only sell them. Bussiness is bad at this time, but it my hobby.
